Dr. Ranju was absolutely SPECTACULAR with explaining what procedures I needed and she was very patient and positive. The whole dentists office has a positive and happy vibe. I am new to the area and looking for a dentist for my regular 6 month cleaning and I stubbled across this dental practice due to the reviews. From the moment I called it was such a pleasurable experience. though it doesn't get recognized much that first impression thru the phone makes or breaks the experience. After that initial call I was excited for my appointment. then the day came and it went perfectly of course I had a couple filling needing to be done (guilty) they were able to get me in the following week after my initial 6 month cleaning. And the doctor ! Not enough can be said she was great and you can tell she loves what she does in this day in age its hard to find some who loves what they do. her chart side , her kindness, her reassurance made it all the while. do not hesitate to ask questions. she loves nothing more but to reassure you at every step of the way . and everyone is down to earth, no one will pressure you into something you don't need ! lengthy message but all who read just know you are in good hands !

Dr. B is absolutely amazing! Went to Dr. B for the first time for some emergency dental services. Megan at the front desk was extremely nice! The whole team is very welcoming. This review is long overdue! I discovered this hidden gem of a dentist in 2022 and I refuse to go anywhere else for dental care. I typically get anxious when receiving local anesthesia, dental blocks, etc. for procedures, however, Dr. Bhasin, Jess, and the rest of her amazing team made me incredibly comfortable. They were very transparent about what I would feel during the procedure/receiving anesthesia. Knowing what to expect can be very comforting, especially since they provided such accurate descriptions. Dr. Bhasin offered me water, a warm blanket, explained everything each step of the way, and consistently checked on me. She also performed my dental work in segments to alleviate discomfort from TMJ. This office always has availability and was even flexible when I was running late. They are centrally located, have very diverse staff, great parking, and an aesthetically pleasing/clean office. The staff also establishes a relationship with their patients. I feel so welcomed, the moment I arrive. They all address me by name, without having my chart in front of them! Furthermore, they offer reasonable prices for those who do not use dental insurance. Lastly, I want to add that Jess (hygienist) is phenomenal! She explains scaling and root planing so well that I can deliver an elevator speech on flossing technique, benefits of daily flossing, and the buildup of bacteria in periodontal pockets under the gumline! Thank you Lifetime Smile. I plan on sticking with you for the entirety of this lifetime!

So I lost my partial last Saturday and I was looking to see if I can find it Unfortunately I didn't. I went today to see the new dentist and I explained the situation. Not only are they professional, one of the nurse calmed me down. I don't know if it was faith or not but I didn't even make an apt and they took me that day to do xray, and make a mold. These amazing women made feel comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything in detail. I know next time when I need to see a dentist, I'm coming there. Wow. What an amazing experience. I needed some substantial dental work done and this was an absolute pleasure. The staff is incredible. The doctor did a wonderful job and the fit of my new crown is perfection. They have advanced imaging equipment that makes a perfect 3D representation of your mouth and teeth. This allows for great precision in their work. Lastly, this is going to sound odd as I have very sensitive teeth, but I never felt any pain and I actually really enjoyed the experience. The doctor is amazing and very compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and literally look forward to my next visit. If you’re nervous, ask her to sing to you. She will. Bravo.
