I cannot recommend Dr. Ranju Bhasin and her team highly enough. From the moment I called to when I walked in, Meghan at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and attended to. After a previous traumatic experience with a different dentist who missed a crucial issue during my root canal, I was apprehensive about visiting another dentist. However, Dr. Bhasin and her team completely turned that around. Dr. Bhasin identified the problem immediately and took swift action to rectify it, ultimately saving my tooth. In addition, Jessica's expertise during my cleanings is evident, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident in my dental health. The entire staff exudes warmth and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that truly sets this practice apart. I am new to the area and looking for a dentist for my regular 6 month cleaning and I stubbled across this dental practice due to the reviews. From the moment I called it was such a pleasurable experience. though it doesn't get recognized much that first impression thru the phone makes or breaks the experience. After that initial call I was excited for my appointment. then the day came and it went perfectly of course I had a couple filling needing to be done (guilty) they were able to get me in the following week after my initial 6 month cleaning. And the doctor ! Not enough can be said she was great and you can tell she loves what she does in this day in age its hard to find some who loves what they do. her chart side , her kindness, her reassurance made it all the while. do not hesitate to ask questions. she loves nothing more but to reassure you at every step of the way . and everyone is down to earth, no one will pressure you into something you don't need ! lengthy message but all who read just know you are in good hands !

Dr. B is absolutely amazing! Had a filling done and didn’t feel it one bit, while she was numbing me she explained every feeling I would have in the process, she is very soft spoken, and explains everything in an understanding way! The office is very clean and welcoming! All the staff were amazing as well, and very friendly! The front desk staff occupied my 3 year old while I was getting my dental work done! A very family friendly environment! I would definitely recommend this office!

This review is long overdue! I discovered this hidden gem of a dentist in 2022 and I refuse to go anywhere else for dental care. I typically get anxious when receiving local anesthesia, dental blocks, etc. for procedures, however, Dr. Bhasin, Jess, and the rest of her amazing team made me incredibly comfortable. They were very transparent about what I would feel during the procedure/receiving anesthesia. Knowing what to expect can be very comforting, especially since they provided such accurate descriptions. Dr. Bhasin offered me water, a warm blanket, explained everything each step of the way, and consistently checked on me. She also performed my dental work in segments to alleviate discomfort from TMJ. This office always has availability and was even flexible when I was running late. They are centrally located, have very diverse staff, great parking, and an aesthetically pleasing/clean office. The staff also establishes a relationship with their patients. I feel so welcomed, the moment I arrive. They all address me by name, without having my chart in front of them! Furthermore, they offer reasonable prices for those who do not use dental insurance. Lastly, I want to add that Jess (hygienist) is phenomenal! She explains scaling and root planing so well that I can deliver an elevator speech on flossing technique, benefits of daily flossing, and the buildup of bacteria in periodontal pockets under the gumline! Thank you Lifetime Smile. I plan on sticking with you for the entirety of this lifetime!

The experience at Lifetime Smile surpassed my expectations. At first entry the front office staff were alert to my presence and exuded a warm and welcoming energy. Dr.Bhasin and Dental Hygienist Jess, didn't skip a beat with ensuring I was comfortable and at ease during my procedures. Both were deloghtful and engaging. I appreciate their patience, willingness to educate me on the current state of my teeth and gums, the procedure needed and the long term maintenance and great outcome. I left feeling no pain and no need for pain meds after the numbing med wore off. Thanks Jess for doing a fantastic job without going Edward Scissorhands on my gums. Overall this was the best dental experience I have had . I will officially make Lifetime Smile my dental home.

Not only are they professional, one of the nurse calmed me down. I don't know if it was faith or not but I didn't even make an apt and they took me that day to do xray, and make a mold. Wow. What an amazing experience. I needed some substantial dental work done and this was an absolute pleasure. The staff is incredible. The doctor did a wonderful job and the fit of my new crown is perfection. They have advanced imaging equipment that makes a perfect 3D representation of your mouth and teeth. This allows for great precision in their work. Lastly, this is going to sound odd as I have very sensitive teeth, but I never felt any pain and I actually really enjoyed the experience. The doctor is amazing and very compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and literally look forward to my next visit. If you’re nervous, ask her to sing to you. She will. Bravo.

I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Bhasin’s for more years than I can remember. She isn’t just kind, but very truthful in her work. She does a thorough analysis, and explains what she is doing and why. I know that there are many people who fear the dentist, but I recommend Dr. Bhasin and her staff so much that I would give her 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. Both her and her staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The office is very modern and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and their waiting room area is clean with free refreshments and comfy chairs. I would recommend Dr. Bhasin to anyone and everyone. If you’re looking for a new dentist to replace the one you have currently, or haven’t been to the dentist in a while, Dr. Bhasin is the one you need to see.
